April continues to see our employees raise the bar higher and higher for UCO’s standard of excellence!
First we’d like to recognize Zack, a product inspector who has only been with UCO a couple months. He received three nominations for his hard work! Zack consistently goes out of his way to help wherever he is needed without being asked and has found numerous broken parts and errors in packaged kits.
The month of April also brought not one, but two records broken on the lines! The AM Line 1, consisting of Angie, Betty, Don, Denise, Dot, Sharon, and Cheryl hit a record high production number of 1621 in a 4 hour shift. David, Dean, Chad, Eric, Bryan, Allison, Theresa, Debbie, and Wayne from line 4 also hit a record high of 1754 during their shift!
