Kyle Miller joined UCO Industries as its CEO after nearly thirty years working and leading in education, non-profit, and small businesses. 

He started his career as an elementary school teacher, focused on inclusion from the very start as his students of all abilities were included in exciting, empowering, and collaborative learning.  He then taught middle school science, math, and English for several years before returning to elementary school as a principal.  After changing careers, he moved to Ohio Wesleyan University as Executive Director of an early college experience program. 

Immediately before joining UCO, Kyle served as Vice President of Inclusion and Engagement at Special Olympics Ohio where he led teams focused on Unified Champion Schools, Health Strategies, Volunteer Engagement, and Athlete Leadership as they served nearly 300 schools, supported the health and fitness needs of more than 12,000 athletes, and developed almost 200 athletes as leaders.  In his work with athlete leadership, he trained Central Ohio companies on how to integrate individuals with disabilities into their work.  That naturally led to this role at UCO.

In addition to the companies where he was an employee, Kyle also built two small businesses: a STEM lab for young students and a family restaurant.  He has always enjoyed being a business owner and offering employment opportunities in his community.

Kyle grew up on a farm in Delaware County and his family now lives in Westerville.  They have three sons who are now in college and working as young adults.  In his spare time, he enjoys music, travel, DIY home improvement, and art and design.  Kyle is a graduate of Otterbein University (B.S.), and The Ohio State University (M.A. and M.B.A.).

Charlie Reed joined UCO in May of 2023 and has over 25 years of business operations, marketing, sales, finance, and accounting experience. In his previous role, he was an accomplished leader for Mobile Instrument, a surgical equipment repair firm. During his 13 years there, he had responsibility over sales, contracting, and business development, and then changed paths to oversee and evolve their accounting division, eventually becoming their CFO. He led their complete ERP upgrade, and then successfully managed Mobile’s acquisition by Agiliti Health and supported their subsequent initial public offering in April 2021.

Charlie earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Miami University, and an MBA-Finance degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he graduated with academic honors and was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.

Charlie resides in Northwest Columbus and enjoys spending time with his wife Rachel and their many loved ones. He is the proud father and stepfather of four boys and a girl. Charlie serves as Treasurer for the Marysville Business Association as well as Treasurer for Band Boosters.  He is a Troop Committee Member for Scouting America, and he also enjoys performing community service. 

Dan Gardner brings nearly 30 years of experience at Honda suppliers to UCO Industries – with two decades at AY Manufacturing in Columbus. Former roles include Production Planner, Production Control Supervisor, Materials Manager, Plant Manager, and Vice President. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Utah with a degree in Japanese Studies.

Dan and his wife Barb have four children and reside in Galloway, Ohio. Dan loves being a Grandpa and spending time with his family. Other interests include working with youth in a variety of roles including: sports involvement, church role, or with the Boy Scouts of America.

Sara Moening has brought over 15 years of administration leadership experience to UCO.

Sara has been with UCO Industries since 2022, starting her career here as the Administrative Coordinator and then promoted to HR Leader in 2024. She graduated from Sinclair Community College Fire Science and EMT Program, and she recently received her SHRM-CP Certification in 2025.

From an early age, Sara has had a heart to help others. In elementary school, she often tutored students with developmental disabilities. Prior to coming to UCO, she held the position of Assistant Director at an infant-second grade private school for 5 years. In this position, she worked in an integrated setting that included young children with developmental disabilities and behavioral issues.

Born and raised in Lima, OH, Sara now resides in the countryside near Prospect with her three daughters, as well as several dogs and cats they have rescued from the Humane Society. She spends her time supporting her daughters in their various sports (softball, volleyball, and wrestling) and other activities such as FFA and showing livestock at the county and state fairs. Sara is also an avid walker and loves to spend her time outdoors. She and her oldest daughter often challenge each other to complete multiple 10k’s in the warmer months.

Ms. Fraker joined UCO Industries in October 2014. She has 20+ years of experience in the Honda automotive supply field and has been working in management for 10+ years. Bobbi brings positive change to UCO Industries by coaching and empowering team members to contribute their best, building top-performance teams committed to achieve desired metrics and establish best practices. She believes that customer service is every associates job and has worked with a team that earned an Outstanding Performance Award. Helping others and building the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization is key in the Supervisor role. Ms. Fraker attended Columbus State Community College for Supply Chain Management. She strives to focus on UCO Industries Mission and Vision.

Mrs. Glunt first joined UCO Industries in June 2017 as a Quality Inspector. After nearly two years she took a leave of absence to focus on her new and growing family. Upon returning to UCO, she continued to show progress and a want to learn leading her into the position as Lead Quality Inspector. With this role she took on new responsibilities such as training, making quality related decisions and being a second hand to the Quality Supervisor learning many tasks relating the job. Beginning June 2022 Carlie began her new role as Quality Supervisor where she plans to continue growing and adding value to the Quality Department and UCO. Carlie and her husband reside outside of Marysville with their two daughters.

Heidi Schultz has been with UCO Industries since 2014 and has worked in a variety of positions within the company during her tenure.
Originally hired as a Quality Inspector, she moved into the position of Quality Information Specialist and then promoted to the role of Quality Supervisor.

In 2022 Heidi took the opportunity for yet another change and accepted the position of 2nd Chances Donation Center Supervisor. She really enjoys this role in which she and her team take care of the donated items and prepare them to be resold at the 2nd Chances Thrift Store in Uptown Marysville. Heidi especially appreciates and values the relationships she has built with her co-workers.
Heidi enjoys spending her free time with her family and being outdoors.
