Raising the Bar is a recognition program at UCO in which employees are nominated for going above and beyond their regular job duties. The nominees are then voted upon by our Leadership Staff to recognize one as that month’s All Star.
This month’s all-star received not one, but two nominations! Multiple times throughout the month, Bryan found parts that were missing pieces or otherwise damaged.
