Product Inspector (Quality)
Reports to: Quality Supervisor | Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Primary Duties
- Ensure accuracy of automotive kits produced
- Inspect kits at end of production line for accuracy
- Scan container and kit labels with handheld scanner to ensure quantity and parts match
- Prepare and label shipping containers and skids with required information
- Move pallets and containers to end of production line by hand
- Move completed skids by forklift to the shipping area
- Confirm production scale tolerance settings
- Carry out above functions and any others assigned safely and effectively
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state driver’s license
- Willingness to become forklift trained and certified
- Ability to lift up to fifty pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively
Employment Details
Pay: $16.50 – $21.00/hour | Full-time | 90-day probationary period | Overtime over 40 hours paid at 1.5x base rate.
May require evening, holiday, or weekend work based on customer and business needs.
